1. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer:

Customers may cancel their order within [7 hours/days] of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our support team at SALES@GIZMOVISION.IN.
Order Cancellation by GIZMO VISION:

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors in pricing, availability, or other unforeseen issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

Product/Service Not Delivered:
If you did not receive the product/service within the specified time frame.

Defective or Damaged Product:
If the product received is defective, damaged, or not as described, and the issue is reported within [X days] of delivery.

Service Dissatisfaction (if applicable):
If you are dissatisfied with a service and provide reasonable justification, we may offer a partial or full refund on a

case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Items/Services The following are non-refundable:

Downloadable software or digital products after download. Services already rendered or partially completed.
Custom orders or personalized items.
Items purchased during clearance or final sale.

4. Fees and Deductions
In case of cancellations or returns initiated by the customer (excluding defective items), a [50%] restocking or processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
